VERY IMPORTANT NOTES

The Office of Student Financial Services (SFS) serves as a resource for you and your support networks regarding all issues that impact your Columbia College Chicago (CCC) student account and financial planning. The Customer Service Resources are designed to help students and their support networks achieve resolution to their questions effectively and efficiently. Students should first exhaust their Self-Service Resources and Outreach Services before scheduling a specialized consultation appointment as the specialized consultations are designed to address complex and specific student account questions.

To make the most out of your specialized consultation, we ask that you come prepared with the following:

  • Your confirmation email
  • A list of questions and topics you would like to discuss
  • Documents listed on your confirmation email or those you feel are pertinent

SFS also understands that the process of financially planning for your education is not always done independently. If you have a guest that you would like to accompany you on this specialized consultation, you are more than welcome to bring them along. Parents and guests interested in scheduling a specialized consultation on behalf of a student that will not be present at the specialized consultation are advised that the information give will be general due to FERPA regulations.

If you have questions in regards to your specialized consultation, please contact the SFS Toll-Free Consultation Line at 1.866.705.0200. Please note that all specialized consultations will be conducted in the Central Standard Time zone.

If your OASIS ID is only 5 digits you will need to add a leading zero digit in front of your OASIS ID [Example: if your OASIS is 59327, you will enter 059327]
